Division A: Orchestral composition
Orchestral composition You can use the following instruments.
The maximum number of persons that can be used are shown in the parenthesis, you can use a part or all of them.

Division B: Saxophone ensemble
Call for ensemble works between three and eight performers using the following instruments.
The Sopranino can be up to the maximum of three. You can add one conductor in the members.

- Baritone saxophone
- Bass saxophone
【Application requirement】
- There are no restrictions on an applicant's age or nationality.
- Duration of music composition must be no more than 15 minutes long.
- A candidate may only submit one work to either division A or division B.
- The submitted composition may not have been previously performed or published.however, a student studying at a music educational institution may submit a composition which was performed or published at his/her educational institution.
- The application requires a 10,000 Yen.
【Selection process】
Schedule
Preliminary Screening:The judge will screen the submitted scores
and select a certain number of works at the beginning of October, 2011.
Final Selection(Performance competition)April 18, 2012 Wednesday - April 19, 2012 Thursday at Maeda Hall, Kawasaki, Japan.

The prize will be awarded as described aboveand winners also will be awarded certificates.
The Senzoku Award, the total prize of 200,000 JPE, will be presented through The evaluation by the audience at the finals.
